Waltham Forest Battle of the Bands

Our annual Battle of the Bands competition is open to bands, solo performers, songwriters and producers aged 11-18 in Waltham Forest.
It gives young people the opportunity to perform and receive supportive feedback from a panel of experts from the music industry.
When they take part in the competition, young people step onto the stage and become stars for the night, giving them a performance platform that builds their confidence and musicianship.
Since starting in 2003, the competition has supported over 550 pupils performing in over 110 acts. The majority have formed at their secondary schools, supported by their music teachers, and rehearsing in their lunchbreaks.
Any pupils who would like to take part should speak to their Music Teacher at their school, or contact us for more information.
